Report an Unlicensed Dispensary
If you believe a cannabis shop is operating without a license, you can report it to the DCR or DCC. Unlicensed shops sell untested products that may contain pesticides, heavy metals, Vitamin E acetate, and other contaminants. Reporting helps protect public health. LosAngelesCannabis.org does not conduct enforcement — government agencies handle investigations directly.
Report a Licensed Dispensary Issue
If you have a complaint about a licensed cannabis dispensary or consumption lounge, the DCC handles consumer complaints directly through their official complaint form. LosAngelesCannabis.org does not mediate disputes between consumers and businesses.
